Let us take the stress and worry away from you! This is our full-service planning package, for those couples who need an extra hand with design, planning, finding the best prices on rentals or a venue, and general help with pulling all of their ideas together! Many couples are afraid that full-service packages hand over creativity rights to the planner- but that is simply not the case with Magical Moments! We love working with our couples to create your dream big day!
This is the right package for you if you would like assistance choosing reliable and budget conscious vendors, help with creating a design and decor plan, assistance with location and venues, and more.  Starting at $1195-
Magical Full-Service Planning
  • Assistance with Design (creating the look & feel of event)
  • Assistance with developing a budget
  • Assistance with choosing a venue
  • Assistance with selecting and securing vendors and rentals
  • Coordination of all vendors, prior to the event date
  • Up to 7 hours of service on the event day
  • Up to 5 consultations, to be used as needed, beginning immediately upon hire
  • Unlimited access to your coordinator via phone/email, beginning immediately upon hire
  • Decor set-up on the event day (excluding ceiling decor/lighting/draping)
  • Ceremony and Reception coordinating
  • Timeline creation
*Rehearsal coordination and additional hours can be added for an extra fee.
